Design Collective
Design Collective is a collaborative, hands-on team where high school students and teaching artist Mariana Martins worked alongside one another for 12 weeks to design and produce custom products for the community.
Students learned to use tools in our Creativity Lab, like the Cricut machine and GlowForge laser engraver, to create personalized designs, unique merchandise, and professional-quality products. They also helped refresh our sidewalk mural and painted the mythological guardians that came to our block party.
